Check valve with brass jumper
Metalstop check valve has been designed with metallic jumper in order to guarantee maximum flow rate with low pressure drops silent operation. The particular geometry of the shutter allows for low pressure drops compared to the most common check valves on the market and can be installed horizontal, vertical and oblique.
Brass CW617, available in NBR and FKM (130 ° c). Version F/F from ½ " up to 2".

Characteristics
END CONNECTIONS | Ends are ISO 228/1 threaded. |
APPLICATIONS | For all types of plumbing, heating and pneumatic systems where no plastic components are required. With hot and cold water, compressed air, oils. For non-aggressive fluids compatible with the valve components, see the chemical resistance table. |
APPLICATIONS (for METALSTOP item H0241) |
Thanks to its FKM gasket METALSTOP is also suitable for applications with non-haloge-nated hydrocarbons in general (fuels, kerosene etc.) and high temperature. |
INSTALLATION | This valve can be installed in any position (horizontal, vertical, oblique). |
WORKING PRESSURE | Min 0,05 bar with water. to PN 10 (3”). See pressure/temperature diagram. |
MINIMUM OPENING PRESSURE | Min 0,025 bar (25 cm water column). |
MINIMUM TIGHTNESS PRESSURE | Min 0,05 bar (50 cm water column). |
TEMPERATURE LIMITS | art. H0261 with NBR gasket From -20°C to +100°C. art. H0241 with FKM gasket From -15°C to +130°C. See pressure/temperature diagram. |
NOTE | According to UNI EN 13828 in presence of water which could be aggressive for brass alloy, as agree with UNI EN ISO 6509 standard, is necessary the DZR brass alloy. The manufacture is available on request. |
